For a period of 1 (one) year from the Date of Project Acceptance, Fo Kai will responsible for any requirement on facility (ies) replacement / repairing or system maintenance due to physical damaged; any damaged caused by natural calamities is absolute exclusive; any usage or damage due to human errors or deliberate damaged is absolute exclusive; any requirement on facility removal & re-location or system reset/engineering re-alteration or re-assembling is absolute exclusive.

After 1 (one) year of free warranty, Fo Kai will provide continuous annual maintenance service to the clients and the annual maintenance service charge depends on different cases, please refer to our Maintenance Service for more details.
